"The experience should be rewarding for all of us. That means work that makes a difference and creates a journey that's fun along the way. I'll always believe in the importance of standing for something and helping, over taking orders and selling. That's the only way I really know, or want, to work. Why can't we aim for fun as well as effective? I like the idea of both," Fisher said.

Tim is one of the most honored and respected creative directors in the Southeast. His reputation for passionate, strategic and creative presentations has won business and earned him a valued reputation within the advertising and marketing industry.

In 1983, Tim started Fisher/Robb with partner Chris Robb, and was quickly recognized as one of the three "hot shop advertising agencies" in the Southeast by ADWEEK magazine. In 1989, after accumulating a lengthy list of creative awards locally, regionally and nationally, Fisher/Robb was purchased by Minneapolis powerhouse agency, Carmichael Lynch. Tim was part of a team that purchased and established a network of Minneapolis, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, and Kansas City Carmichael Lynch offices.
