ACME - Brand Studio - ABC Liquor Brand Strategy

Jack Holloway founded ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in 1936 in Orlando, Florida. Over the years ABC has grown close to 200 locations and is now one of the country's largest privately owned wine and spirits retailers offering an expanded inventory of fine wines, liquor, craft beers, cigars and gifts.

The brand is constantly evolving to provide a better customer experience at every level. The marketing direction was to communicate this in a simple, smart and more personal language across all touch points, both audibly and visually. "Always Be Celebrating" became an obvious way to position the brand's purpose and helped to focus the communication efforts. Connecting the brand to customers with a constant, uniquely own-able and approachable voice was crucial. Invoking a smile along the way didn't hurt either.
