The brand is constantly evolving to provide a better customer experience at every level. The marketing direction was to communicate this in a simple, smart and more personal language across all touch points, both audibly and visually. "Always Be Celebrating" became an obvious way to position the brand's purpose and helped to focus the communication efforts. Connecting the brand to customers with a constant, uniquely own-able and approachable voice was crucial. Invoking a smile along the way didn't hurt either.
