Having a unique offering and the guts to constantly stick to it is difficult with so many vying for a new customers with coupons and catchy offers. But First Watch has really great food and owns something that is extremely difficult to replicate: heart and soul...throughout the entire organization. The founders and leaders have high standards for service and making the customer happy. They not only serve the freshest ingredients and the best combinations of breakfast and lunch meals, but they give the customer their choice of adding, subtracting or recreating whatever they want, whenever they want it. That, and the fact they don't like to sell themselves but prefer to communicate in honest endearing and entertaining language, is the foundation for the somewhat slang and relaxed position line "Yeah, it's fresh." Creating a consistent face and voice for the First Watch brand has not only been fun, it's been satisfying. Just like their restaurants.
